The Company was formed in 2004 by a small group of technologists and business experts with a deep understanding of knowledge discovery, pattern recognition, and analysis. Originally incorporated as Agent Science Technologies, Inc., the company has developed proprietary solutions for use within U.S. Defense Industries and National Labs. To assist us in our efforts, we were able to enlist the support of a number of luminaries and domain experts who serve the company through their participation on our Advisory Board and Board of Directors.

In early 2006, the company focused on real-time behaviormetrics (the quantification of human behavior in digital environments),

and evolved a first-of-its-kind behavioral-based scoring platform that measures micro-distributions of human interactions with electronic devices. This platform, IDIQ, has advanced the art of behaviormetrics in its accuracy, speed, and scalability. It allows us to establish and measure behavioral biometrics in almost any environment, where people have frequent interactions with electronic devices.

In 2007 we became Neokinetics Corporation and focused our efforts on tailoring IDIQ into a behavioral-based fraud-scoring platform for large enterprise corporate security. Our goal is to eliminate electronic identity fraud, in order to protect the integrity of online transactions.

Today, the company is focused on existing authentication and identity management applications and extending development efforts of its core IDIQ fraud-scoring platform for future applications of proprietary security solutions.
